AI-generated responses and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable. Users are responsible for independently verifying AI-generated information before relying upon it.

Webinars & Digital Products

• Webinar registrations are valid for the registered participant.
• Purchased video bundles are intended for personal use.
• Video access is provided as described at purchase.
• Recording, copying, sharing, or reselling content is prohibited without permission.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay. Access will be provided after successful payment confirmation.

No Guarantee of Results

Our webinars, software, training programs, and marketing services are provided for educational and business support purposes. We do not guarantee specific income, profit, sales, business growth, lead generation, or financial results.

Intellectual Property

All software, videos, course materials, website content, graphics, branding, documents, trademarks, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Leads Factory. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leads Factory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from the use of our website, software, webinars, digital products, or services.

Webinar registration fees, video courses, software subscriptions, downloads, and other digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been granted or the event booked.

Software & Digital Products

Once software access, digital downloads, video courses, or other digital products have been provided, the purchase cannot be cancelled or revoked.

Exceptions

Physical Shipping

Leads Factory does not normally ship physical products. If a physical product is offered in the future, separate shipping terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
